Google Account Data: When you sign in securely via Google, we receive your Name, Email Address, and Profile Picture URL. This is used solely to create your account and identify you to your classmates.
User-Generated Content: Any data you create within the app, such as tasks, assignments, notes, progress tracking, and class details.
Device Information: We collect limited device identifiers (such as FCM tokens) to send you important push notifications about deadlines.
Ad Interaction Data: To provide the "Sparks" reward system, our advertising partners (Google AdMob) may collect device identifiers and usage data to serve relevant ads.

2. "Sparks" and Virtual Currency

Important: "Sparks" are a virtual in-app currency used solely for gamification and cosmetic purposes within Clarity.

You may earn Sparks by voluntarily watching rewarded video advertisements. Sparks have no real-world monetary value and cannot be withdrawn, exchanged for real money, or transferred to other users. They are used exclusively to unlock app features like cosmetic badges or virtual charity donations.

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal data. Your information is shared only in these specific contexts:

With Your Class: Your name, profile picture, and role (Student/Admin) are visible to other members of the specific class you join.
With Service Providers: We use trusted third-party services to operate the app:
- Google Firebase: For secure authentication, real-time database, and hosting. (Privacy Policy)
- Cloudinary: For storing images and documents uploaded as notes.
- Google AdMob: To serve rewarded video ads. AdMob may use device identifiers to personalize ads and prevent fraud. (Advertising Policy)

4. Data Security

Your data is stored securely on Google Firebase servers using industry-standard encryption (HTTPS/SSL) in transit. While we implement robust security measures, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

5. Your Rights & Choices

Account Management: You can edit your display name directly within the app settings.
Leaving a Class: You can disassociate yourself from a class at any time via the Profile page.
Data Deletion: You have the right to request the complete deletion of your account and all associated data. Please contact us at the email below to initiate this request.

6. Children's Privacy

Our Service is intended for students and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will delete it immediately.
